The Alyce and Elmore Kraemer Cancer Care Center provides Washington County residents with convenient access to a complete range of cancer care services, including both medical and radiation oncology.
The center is part of the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin's Cancer Network, which brings access to the extensive expertise of eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center. With its "close to home" location in West Bend, the center provides patients and their families with an unmatched level of friendly, personalized care.
The modern facility provides a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families. The interior of the facility includes a donor recognition wall adorned with ceramic tile art created by Karen Singer. The art depicts Wisconsin wildflowers and was donated by West Bend Mutual, in memory of Ron Lauret, a company vice president.
The Cancer Care Center is staffed with experienced, caring staff. Cancer care experts with access to sophisticated imaging technology are able to quickly and effectively diagnose and treat all types of cancer. The center offers a comprehensive range of cancer services and specializes in tailoring treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
Annual Report
Our 2009 annual report for the Alyce and Elmore Kraemer Cancer Care Center of St. Joseph’s Hospital describes data from 2008. The report highlights the services of our Cancer Care Center and gives a statistical overview of newly diagnosed cases. Comparisons to state and national statistics are included where available.
