From the south:
Take Hwy 41 to Hwy 45, and exit at Paradise Drive.  Turn left (west) at the exit, onto Paradise Drive.  Turn right (north) at 18th Avenue, and the clinic driveway is the first right.  To access the Surgery Center, turn right on Vogt Drive off of Paradise, and left into the parking lot.

From the north (Hwy 45):
Take Hwy 45 to the Paradise Drive exit.  Go right (west) at the exit. Turn right (north) at 18th Avenue, and the clinic driveway is the first right.  To access the Surgery Center, turn right on Vogt Drive off of Paradise, and left into the parking lot.

From the north (Hwy 41 ):
Take  Hwy 41 to the Hwy 33 exit in Allenton, turn left (east) at the exit, and travel  into West Bend.  Turn right onto Hwy 45 south.  Take the next exit, at Paradise Drive.  Go right (west) to 18th Avenue.  Turn right, and the clinic driveway is the first right.
